Terms of Service

The listed terms and conditions (GTC) are valid as soon as the customer orders * online. IC HEALTH MANAGEMENT AG reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Decisive in each case at the time of the order valid version of these terms and conditions.


All offers of IC HEALTH MANAGEMENT AG are non-binding. The contract between the customer and the IC HEALTH MANAGEMENT AG comes about only by an order of the customer and its acceptance by the IC HEALTH MANAGEMENT AG. The customer’s order is made online by completing the order form provided by IC HEALTH MANAGEMENT AG on the Internet. The customer receives as confirmation of order acceptance an electronically transmitted order confirmation.


An order obliges the customer to accept the products. Subsequent changes or cancellations are not possible due to the timely order. One-off products can not be returned due to the custom composition and packaging.


Our prices are in Swiss francs and include VAT. Availability, assortment, condition and price changes remain reserved.


Payment for ordered products is made by credit card (PAYPAL PLUS). Payments are to be made in Swiss francs. For payments by credit card, the credit card account will be charged immediately after the order.

IC HEALTH MANAGEMENT AG reserves the right to exclude the payment by invoice from new customers. The customer agrees that VITUP may at any time request third parties (in particular the credit reporting agency CRIF AG, Zurich or one of its affiliated companies) to check the creditworthiness of the customer and to collect the purchase price in order to gain access to personal data from the business relationship, including all payment experiences arising from the ordering process. The customer is entitled to revoke his prior consent at any time in writing.


Customers receive the order within 5 working days after order by post. IC HEALTH MANAGEMENT AG delivers the ordered goods to any desired address, which is served by Swiss Post or in Liechtenstein.

According to the Swiss Code of Obligations, IC HEALTH MANAGEMENT AG will no longer be responsible for the package once it has been handed over to Swiss Post. IC HEALTH MANAGEMENT AG is not liable for theft, loss or damage of the packaging and is not obliged to reimburse. If a customer does not accept the goods ordered by him, the return costs shall be borne by the customer.


The customer must inspect delivered or picked up products immediately for correctness, completeness and delivery damages. Complaints must be communicated to IC HEALTH MANAGEMENT AG by telephone within two working days after receipt of the goods. A return without telephone advance notification can under no circumstances be accepted. Returns will only be accepted if the following conditions are met

  • The products received do not match the order.
  • The product has arrived damaged at the buyer.


The topic of data protection and confidentiality takes IC HEALTH MANAGEMENT AG very seriously and follows the applicable national and European data protection regulations. IC HEALTH MANAGEMENT AG records the data for your order and saves it to make the ordering process for your next purchase as easy as possible. Your data will not be shared with third parties.

For all cases not mentioned in these General Terms and Conditions, the provisions and laws of the Swiss Code of Obligations apply. Jurisdiction and place of performance in case of dispute is Schwyz.
